Applicant Screening
Applicant interviews will be conducted by the owners of Lawton Academy of Arts & Sciences to determine whether or not the applicant's knowledge, skills and experience (competencies) are a good match for the open position. In addition, the owners will conduct a "mission fit" (see Mission Statement) screening to assure a match prior to making an offer of employment.
